The Fertility Institute of Hawaii is proud to announce that we will be moving this July to the Ala Moana Pacific Center.

We will be moving to our new location on Monday, July 15th

Here are instructions on how to get to our new office:

Coming from Ala Moana Blvd or Kapiolani Blvd:

Turn onto Atkinson Drive

Turn onto Mahukona Street, which is the street between the mall and the Ala Moana hotel, and drive up the ramp to the Ala Moana Pacific Center top level

Park and find the escalators into the Ala Moana Pacific Center

Once you go up the escalators, you are technically on the 7th floor, walk towards the middle to find the elevators. You will take the elevators to the 18th floor. Remember that when you leave, you will get off on the 7th floor to go back to the parking level.

When should someone
seek fertility treatment?

A woman should seek medical help if she has been unable to achieve a pregnancy following six months or more of unprotected sexual intercourse. Women with history of pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, miscarriage, or irregular or painful menstrual cycles, or men with low sperm count, who are having difficulty having a baby may benefit from consulting with a physician earlier. Approximately 15% of couples have difficulty conceiving. This percentage continues to rise making it very difficult or impossible for many to conceive without medical assistance.
