Donor Egg In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) in Australia

IVF with anonymous egg donation is a service sought by many; however, the use of anonymous egg donors is restricted in Australia.  Due to its proximity to Australia and superior donor egg IVF pregnancy rates, the Fertility Institute of Hawaii has become the centre of choice for patients from Australia seeking egg donation.  Many of our Australian patients have chosen to utilize our Donor Egg Bank because of its lower cost but superb pregnancy rates.

Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT) for Family Balancing is restricted in Australia.

PGT not only confirms that the chromosomal complement of an embryo is normal but also determines the gender of an embryo. Once PGS is completed, patients are allowed to choose the gender of the normal embryos transferred in order to ensure family balancing.
