On June 22, 2020, Drs. John L. Frattarelli and Anatte Karmon hosted a Facebook Live Session about common pregnancy complications experienced by infertility patients. The providers were joined by guest Janet Burlingame, MD who specializes in maternal fetal medicine, working out of her own practice Women’s Specialty Care in Kailua, HI. Maternal fetal medicine specialists work with patients that have been identified as high-risk. They are able to perform 3D and 4D ultrasound monitoring, conduct genetic screening tests, as well as provide genetic counseling.
