Fertility Institute of Hawaii – HI Now TV Segment Discusses Fertility Preservation for Female Cancer Patients

Fertility Institute of Hawaii on HI Now TV

Our most recent segment was just featured on HI Now (local KGMB/KHNL) on October 17 and 20, 2018 discussing what cancer patients can do to preserve their fertility. In case you missed the show on air, you can watch it again here.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month – An annual health campaign organized to increase awareness of the disease and to highlight the importance of education and research.

Join us as Drs. Frattarelli and Karmon discuss options for both cancer patients and survivors.  Breast cancer treatment can have a negative impact on fertility. However, if diagnosed early enough, a patient may be able to preserve their fertility prior to starting cancer treatment.

Fertility Institute of Hawaii is always ready and able to accommodate all patients. With a referral from an oncologist, a patient will be able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours to discuss their preservation options, with one of our highly-specialized physicians. #FertilityIofHI
