Dr. John Frattarelli is certified as both a Reproductive Endocrinologist and a High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD). This combination allows him to oversee both clinical and laboratory aspects of patient care in an integrated way.
Under the guidance of Dr. John Frattarelli, HCLD, the IVF program at the Fertility Institute of Hawaii integrates experienced clinical and laboratory teams, personalized IVF protocols, and advanced technologies such as preimplantation genetic testing and time-lapse embryo imaging (EmbryoScope). The program emphasizes continuous improvement and evidence-based practices in both clinical care and laboratory procedures.

- uterine abnormalities
- tubal abnormalities
- hormone values
- ovarian reserve
- type of procedure performed
- embryo quality and quantity
- number of embryos transferred into the uterus with IVF
- genetic testing of embryos
